Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before setting off to explore some of Egypt’s most iconic sites. Together, we’ll head to the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure up close. Take your time walking around this world wonder, and don’t miss a photo with the mighty Sphinx nearby.
Next, we'll head to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), which is set to be the largest archaeological museum in the world. What makes it truly unique is its mix of neo-pharaonic design and its role as the new, permanent home for the entire Tutankhamun collection, showcasing thousands of artifacts and displays that span over 5,000 years of history.
We’ll return to the hotel in the evening so you can relax after a full day of discoveries.

Optional Activities

Start your day with a journey north from Cairo to Alexandria day. Our first stop is the Qaitbey Fortress, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. Then we’ll visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Egypt’s largest Roman burial site, which is known for its blend of pharaonic and Greco-Roman design.
We’ll continue through Alexandria to see Pompey’s Pillar and take a quick photo at the modern Library of Alexandria.
After lunch, we’ll head to Rosetta, a quiet town in the Nile Delta where the Rosetta Stone was discovered. We’ll visit the Rosetta Fortress and see a replica of the stone that unlocked the secrets of ancient Egyptian writing.
As we explore, we’ll pass beautifully preserved Ottoman-era houses and end the day with a peaceful boat ride on the Nile before returning to Cairo.

Today, we’ll spend time in the heart of Old Cairo, walking through its historic streets and visiting mosques and churches that reflect the city’s deep cultural and religious roots.
After a flavorful local lunch, we’ll head to the Saladin Citadel, a hilltop fortress with wide views over Cairo. Inside, we’ll visit the Alabaster Mosque, admired for its elegant design and peaceful open space.
In the afternoon, we’ll continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church, one of the oldest in Egypt and the world, built above the remains of a Roman gate.
