Ensuring a smooth and secure booking process is our priority, and we kindly ask that you review our terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.
To finalize your booking, please notify us of your request. From the moment you contact us, we will work closely with you to confirm all details, finalize your itinerary, and ensure all arrangements meet your expectations. Once everything has been agreed upon, we will provide you with the final itinerary for approval.
To fully secure your reservation, a deposit payment will be required as discussed. Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods
At Traviio Tours, we provide secure and convenient payment options to suit your preferences. Below are the available methods:
1. Credit/Debit Card (Processed by Stripe)
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, securely processed through Stripe.
- Payments must be made using a valid, verifiable card, and the billing details must match your booking information.
- For security purposes, Stripe may require additional verification, such as proof of identity or payment authorization.
- A processing fee of 2-3% may apply, depending on your card provider.
2. Bank Transfer
- Payments can be made directly to our bank account.
- Any applicable bank fees will vary depending on your financial institution and the type of transfer.
- If making an international bank transfer, please ensure that all intermediary fees are covered to avoid short payments.
3. Cash Payment
- Cash payments are accepted upon arrival.
- Payments must be handed directly to your tour guide or an authorized Traviio Tours representative at the designated meeting point.
- If you plan to pay in cash, please notify us in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Cancellation Policy
If you or any member of your group need to cancel your booking—whether in full or partially—please submit a formal request via email, specifying the details of your cancellation.
Important Notes:
- If one or more travelers cancel, the total cost for the remaining group may be adjusted, as our pricing is based on the original number of participants. A reduction in group size may result in an increase in the per-person cost.
- If we have already initiated bookings and made payments for services, cancellation charges may apply. These fees may be deducted from your deposit, paid separately by the canceling members, or settled with the final trip payment upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Fees (Non-Peak Season)
- 61+ days before arrival → 15% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 30 to 60 days before arrival → 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 15 to 29 days before arrival → 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before arrival → 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 1 to 7 days before arrival → 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
Peak Season Dates:
- Christmas & New Year Season: December 20 – January 31
- Easter Season: April 14 – April 24
Peak Season Cancellation Fees:
- 61+ days before arrival → 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 31 to 60 days before arrival → 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival → 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 1 to 14 days before arrival → 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
Domestic Flight Cancellations
If your tour includes domestic flights, cancellations will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policy and fees, which will be communicated to you based on your booking.

Modifying Your Tour Itinerary After Final Confirmation
Once your booking with Traviio Tours is confirmed, we immediately begin making the necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless and well-organized travel experience. If you wish to make changes to your itinerary—such as adding or removing tours—please be aware that modifications may result in additional costs or cancellation fees, depending on the impact on your booking.
However, if the requested change is minor and does not disrupt existing arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate it without applying cancellation fees. Below are some key modifications that may affect your tour cost or cancellation policy:
- Shortening your trip by removing one or more nights.
- Adjusting your arrival or departure dates, which may require rescheduling your itinerary.
- Postponing your tour after booking procedures have already been completed.
- Canceling the tour for one or more travelers.
- Adding or removing activities or excursions.
We strive to provide flexibility in our itineraries and encourage you to inform us of any special requests before finalizing your booking. This allows us to accommodate your needs in the best possible way and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Refund Process & Policy
At Traviio Tours, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method and account used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider and financial institution.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will not be available for no-shows on confirmed reservations.
- Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before the refund is processed, as per our cancellation policy.
- Bank transfer refunds may be subject to intermediary banking fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
