Acceptance of Terms
By using our services and making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your booking.
Booking Confirmation & Next Steps
When you book a tour with Traviio Tours, we ask that you provide accurate information to ensure a smooth process. Once we receive your booking request, our team will review it and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. At that point, your payment will be processed, and you’ll officially be ready to start packing for your adventure!
To make things even easier, a member of our team will reach out via email or text to guide you through any remaining steps and assist with any additional requirements.

Force Majeure
Although we always strive to accommodate sudden changes to ensure a seamless and enjoyable vacation, we are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Travel Requirements and Responsibilities
The Traviio team is always here to support you throughout your booking process and during your vacation. We’re happy to assist with all your travel needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Please note that travelers are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to incorrect documentation.
Additionally, we encourage all travelers to respect and follow local laws and customs while enjoying their time in Egypt.
Changes and Amendments
At Traviio, we take pride in delivering incredible experiences to our clients and have never had to make changes to our bookings. However, in the rare event that a modification is necessary, we will notify you at least three months in advance whenever possible.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant changes affect your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.
Cancelation Policy
If you or a member of your party need to cancel your booking—whether in full or partially—please send us a formal request via email, specifying the details of your cancellation.
Please note that if one or more travelers cancel, the total price for the remaining group may be adjusted, as our rates are based on the original number of participants. A reduction in group size may lead to an increase in the per-person cost.
If we have already begun the booking process and made payments for the group, cancellation charges may apply. These fees may be deducted from your deposit, paid separately by the members canceling, or settled with the final trip payment upon arrival.
To cancel your reservation, please send a written request via email (ramy.hammam@traviiotours.com) to confirm your cancellation.
The following cancellation fees apply during non-peak times:
- 61 days or more before arrival → 15% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 30 to 60 days before arrival → 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 15 to 29 days before arrival → 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before arrival → 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 1 to 7 days before arrival → 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
If you need to cancel your trip during these peak seasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Peak season dates:
- Christmas & New Year Season: December 20 – January 31
- Easter Season: April 14 – April 24
Cancelation fees:
- 61+ days before arrival → 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 31 to 60 days before arrival → 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival → 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 1 to 14 days before arrival → 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
Additionally, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights in Egypt. If your tour includes domestic flights, any cancellations will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policy and fees.
Modifications to Your Booking
We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to adjust your itinerary—whether by adding, removing, or modifying certain aspects of your tour—simply let our operations team know. We’ll review your request, check availability, and provide the best possible options to ensure your trip meets your expectations. Our goal is to create a seamless and personalized travel experience for you.
Refund Process & Policy
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method and account used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please note: Refunds will not be available in cases of no-shows for confirmed reservations.

Rescheduling Your Tour
If you need to postpone your tour to a later date and no booking procedures have been finalized on our end, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request. Simply reach out to us, and we will adjust your booking accordingly.
However, if you choose to cancel your trip after rescheduling, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Changing the Passenger’s Name
To ensure a smooth travel experience, the name provided for your booking must match exactly with the name on your passport and international ticket. Any discrepancies may result in issues with your tour arrangements or invalidate your travel insurance.
If you need to update your name—for example, due to marriage—please notify us immediately so we can make the necessary modifications before your arrival.
Important Notes:
- Name changes may incur modification charges, especially for domestic flight tickets, as updates become difficult once tickets are issued.
- Nicknames or abbreviations will not be accepted at domestic airports, and your ticket may be denied if the name does not match your passport.
- To avoid any issues, please ensure you provide your exact name as it appears on your passport when booking.
Modifying Your Tour Itinerary After Final Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, we begin all necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience. If you decide to make changes to your itinerary—such as adding or removing tours—please note that modifications may result in additional costs or cancellation fees if they significantly impact your booking.
However, if the requested change is minor and does not interfere with existing arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate it without applying any cancellation fees. Below are some key modifications that may affect your tour cost or cancellation policy:
- Shortening your trip by removing one or more nights.
- Adjusting your arrival or departure dates, which may require rescheduling your entire itinerary.
- Postponing your tour after booking procedures have already been completed.
- Canceling the tour for one or more travelers.
- Adding or removing activities or excursions.
We strive to offer flexibility in our itineraries, and we highly recommend informing us of any special requests before finalizing your booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs in the best possible way.
Payment Methods
At Traviio Tours, we offer three secure and convenient payment options to suit your preferences. Please review the details below:
1. Credit/Debit Card (Processed by Stripe)
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
- To ensure compliance with Stripe’s verification requirements, payments must be made using a valid, verifiable card, and the billing details must match the information on your booking.
- Additional verification steps may be required, including proof of identity and payment authorization if requested by Stripe.
- Processing fees of 2-3% may apply, depending on your card provider.
2. Bank Transfer
- Payments can be made directly to our bank account.
- Any applicable bank fees will depend on your financial institution and may vary based on your location and transfer type.
- Please ensure that international transfers cover any intermediary bank fees to avoid short payments.
3. Cash Payment
- If you prefer to pay in cash, the full amount must be provided upon arrival.
- Payments should be handed directly to your tour guide or a Traviio Tours representative at the designated meeting point.
- Please notify us in advance if you plan to pay in cash to ensure a smooth check-in process.
